SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Canarias: 3-5 business days

Domestic (Spain): 5-10 business days

International: 7-21 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking:

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

 

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

 

Casa Mandalini is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

 

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at linda@mandalinedesigns.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information:

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Casa Mandalini is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your piece from Casa Mandalini — whether it’s a handcrafted jewel from Mandalini Designs or a natural soy wax candle from Candalini Designs.

Each item is made by hand with care, and small variations make every piece unique.

 

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

 

Please note:

    •    Earrings and used candles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

    •    Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
